NewCXC: Team Birkie Announces New Teams for 2024-25 Season

Team Birkie’s U.S. Ski Team athletes Kevin Bolger and Zak Ketterson, welcome six new members to their top-tier, re-branded teams for the 2024-2025. Four-time American Birkebeiner winner, Alayna Sonnesyn, returns home and headlines the newly rebranded World Team which also includes Mariel Pulles and Christopher Kalev. A new Continental Team includes Luci Anderson, Henry Snider and Gretta Scholtz.

Team Birkie: Summer Training Programs Now Available

NENSA, the regional governing body for cross country skiing in New England, is seeking a dynamic Competitive Program Director to oversee their year round competitive programming. Working closely with community stakeholders, the Competitive Program Director will help further NENSA’s athlete and coach development pipeline and philosophy by creating resources and implementing development projects, while also overseeing NENSA’s race data including the seeding, scoring, and ranking of all competitive events and series.
