Borah Teamwear presents annual Climb to the Castle Rollerski Race awards

Coon Valley, WI.  Borah Teamwear, a long-time sponsor and supporter of the NYSEF (New York Ski Education Foundation), will be presenting unique custom apparel awards to the top-overall and top-three age class and team event finishers again for 2015.

The annual event, known for attracting some of the country’s top Nordic talent, presents a challenging test of pre-season endurance, climbing for 5 miles with an average 8% grade up the Whiteface Memorial Highway to the castle on the summit of Whiteface Mountain, New York's 5th highest peak (elevation 4,867 ft.) The race is freestyle technique and athletes will be greeted at the finish with a 360-degree panoramic view of the Adirondacks, New England and Canadian landscapes.

“It’s exciting to partner with Borah Teamwear again for the 9th annual NYSEF Climb to the Castle Rollerski Race,” said Margaret Maher, Head Cross Country Coach at the NYSEF.  “Borah continues to provide exceptional custom apparel each year for the event and the athletes always look forward to the latest design at the awards ceremony,” added Maher.

“Supporting key events for our teams and clubs has always been an important initiative for us at Borah Teamwear,” said John Dyste, National Sales Manager of Winter Sports.  “Beyond the custom apparel we provide, it’s important to remember it’s about the athletes too, and their development and success that ultimately gives everyone the greatest result.
