Store Manager Position

In Competition Sports is northeast Wisconsin's leading aerobic sports specialty store. We are starting our 27th year as Green Bays best bike, run, ski and triathlon store and we need a store manager in our awesome NEW location. We are especially trying to expand our women's presence and encourage women to apply. Sport specific knowledge is needed and requested. Mechanical skills are a plus. We just moved into our fabulous new store and could use your help. Business management skills needed. This position requires ONLY qualified candidates apply with the following skills: 

• Achieve high levels of customer service and sell the sport of cycling, skiing and running
• The ability to proficiently answer questions about technical bike, components & products
• Address warranty service issues
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to fill-in on the sales floor as needed
• Answer incoming calls
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Working knowledge of road, tri, & mountain bicycle parts as an experienced cyclist or mechanic
• Manage the work order system (paperwork, pricing, calling customers)
• Oversee others who build bikes & be accountable for their work
• Other duties as assigned
