Village House Inn Ready for Winter Guests

Experience Southern Minnesota’s finest cross-country ski trail systems just minutes from the Village House Inn in Winona, MN. Over 14-kilometers of carefully groomed trails wind along the bluffs and into pristine wooded valleys above the Mississippi River on Saint Mary's University campus just across the street from the Village House. Tucked in the valley behind the school, the trails hug the northern slopes making them quite challenging and well protected from the sun. All trails are open to the public, and the lighted portion of the trail is open until 10:30 p.m. The newly constructed Brother Jerome Rademacher Nordic Ski Center is open daily, 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Six more trail systems are within a 30-minute radius of the Village House including three more located in Winona itself --Holzinger Lodge, Prairie Island, & Westfield Golf Course--and three state parks--Whitewater State Park, Perrot State Park, and Great River Bluff State Park.
