Over thirty people gathered at Afton State Park Saturday morning to dedicate a bench in memory of fellow skier Malcolm MacGregor. Friends and family alike shared their memories of Malcolm during a break in the weekly WAMXC pole hike. The bench was purchased with funds collected through WAMXC, a ski training group of which Malcolm was a member. Enough money was raised to purchase a second bench in Langford Park, St. Paul, near Malcolm’s home. It will be installed in 2013.
