Skinnyski in Stowe

We are making plans to go to Stowe, VT, to cover the Midwest team at the 2014 Junior Nationals competition, the first week in March. We've been traveling for the past two Junior Nationals, providing daily updates from on-site including major coverage of the races.

- 2013 Junior Nationals (Fairbanks, AK)
- 2012 Junior Nationals (Soldier Hollow, UT)
- 2011 Junior Nationals (Minneapolis, MN)
In 2012, Maplelag Resort generously helped make the trip possible with major underwriting. Last season, we had the rare opportunity to cover the event from the inside, traveling and staying with the Midwest team, courtesy of the CXC Midwest Junior National Committee.
This year we were unable to secure such generous assistance. We are receiving some underwriting from the Junior National Committee again, but will need to cover the majority of the costs ourselves. So we are looking for some help in covering all the expenses involved in such a major undertaking. We've setup a little crowdfunding option, hoping that individuals, families and organizations might contribute to offset some of our expenses. As an extra incentive, we'll highlight organization sponsors (at $250 level) as part of our underwriting, and we'll send you digital images of your favorite athlete when you help out at the $250 or above.
