BirkieTour Welcomes Olympians

The BirkieTour, an untimed, non-competitive, “open-track” event, is this Sunday on the Birkie Trail. Participants can start their ski between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Skiers of all ability levels will be hitting the trail for either a 12, 25 or 48-kilometer ski. This is a supported event with aid stations along the course, and hot food, craft beers, music and fun in the warm tent at the finish line. The Birkie is very pleased that Birkie Ambassadors and elite skiers Brian and Caitlin Gregg will be skiing the trail, mingling in the tent, engaging with the Nordic Kids group, and signing autographs on Sunday. Skiers can register online or onsite on Sunday morning. Bib-pick up and registration will be on Friday from 5:00-9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at the Sawmill Saloon in Seely.
