SUP-Athlon and SUP-Tour

Location: GEAR WEST SKI & RUN in LONG LAKE
The Sup-Athlon begins with a 5km out and back run that leads from Long Lake beach, across Hwy 12 to the bike trail and to the Luce Line with a turn-around back down to the beach. Everyone then transitions onto Paddleboards, paddles from the beach around a buoy to Birches landing. The paddlers jump off at Birches landing, pull their boards up and around a drink station (beverage provided by Birches) and get back on the water and paddle to the finish at Long Lake Beach.
The Sup - Tour is a more leisurely event. Paddlers hop on the boards at 8:45 and paddle at their own speed and interest. They follow the same course as the Sup - Athlon. Dogs are encouraged on the Sup - Tour.
