Vasaloppet adds The Swedish Mile October Run

The Swedish Mile Run, set for 11 am October 7th, is the newest event added to the Vasaloppet USA’s event schedule. The event includes a 10km run, (that’s a Swedish mile) as well as a 5km. The course will be on the Vasaloppet Nordic Center trail system that will also include a section of single track. The event is in sponsored in part by Indeed Brewing and participants will receive a free brat and mug of beer.

Registration is $30 and awards go to the top male and female finishers. Proceeds will go towards Nordic Center snow-making, trail development of facilities.
