Taste & Glide and Annual VS Meeting
The Taste & Glide is this weekend, Saturday, March 1. With chilly temperatures predicted, we have decided to move the food tables into the lodge instead of having them out on the trails. Dave Worel will be honored at 1 pm in recognition of his 30+ years service to Valley Spur. Without Dave's dedication, Valley Spur would not exist. Cost for the Taste & Glide is $20. Please come out an join us for a day of skiing or snowhoeing, music with Chris Valenti, food and fun. The event runs from 11 am until 3 pm.
The Friends of Valley Spur will be holding their annual meeting on Saturday, March 29 at noon in the lodge. We will be holding elections for all Board positions on that day. If you are interested in having your name placed on the ballot, please reply to this email by March 26. If you have a season membership or a paid Friends membership, you are eligible to vote. This will be a potluck, so please bring a dish to pass and your place setting. Hope to see you there.
