Notes

This trail system is part of the Hiawatha National Forest and is ranked easy to moderate. It offers three loops providing easy access for beginners, rolling hills for advanced skiers, and steeper slopes for experts. The trailhead is located 7 miles north of Rapid River on US 41.

Tracks are set for classic, in pretty great condition given the relatively low snowfall we have gotten. It looked like the skate loops were open as well. Trails had some debris and were not deep in some spots but overall good!
