Conditions: Perfect snow conditions but needs grooming.
The 3" of fresh snow is great skiing, but for some reason they have only groomed Fern Dell and Turtleville, and those both need to be groomed again. Fern Dell has new striding tracks laid.

Conditions: Good but slow due to cold temps. solid deck with full cover yet-no icy patches, partially groomed.
My coldest ski of the year -1F at 6am on the first day of spring- go figure. Skied Ferndell, Turtleville and Hastings, they were groomed after the 3" snow but wind added leaves and more snow to trails. I tried Pioneer and Ishnala but a slow go since they were not groomed after the snowfall. Still great for mid-March.

  Conditions: Excellent to incredible!
Hands down the very best conditions at Mirror Lake that I've skied this season. 3-4" of freshly groomed new powder, atop a very dense hard-pack base. Kudos to the DNR park staff!

Very good skating, about half of the trails groomed this morning, a bit of drifting snow in the open areas. Guessing they got about 3 inches of new snow on top of a firm base. Only tracks at this time were in the Ferndale loop. Great spring skiing!

  Conditions: Super! Very good.
Couldn't have had a more unexpected good time. Northwest loop was groomed late Sunday morning; north loop not touched but with half-inch or so of powder it was no problem. Only two cars in each lot, so park was pretty empty.
