Hiked in from Lot 3 to check out the ski trails. Trails haven't been groomed for some time which is likely because of a lack of base.

Used waxless skin skis today. Parked at Lot 5 (by Hwy 42 and Cty A) and all loops near the lot were tracked by skiers earlier that day. Skiing was very good this morning but that might have changed with the warm afternoon. When I was finished around 1:30pm there were more skiers showing up. The skate trails weren't yet rolled. I skied mainly the blue loop and some loops off of that. The Blue loop looked liked it was tracked with the groomer several days ago but with the new snow last night I had to break trail today. Still some exposed and unexposed rocks and branches on the trail so I recommend B-skis or lower.
