Nice groomed skiing track that loops around this small Waukesha County Park (also known locally as Lannon Quarry). Can be reached via the bugline recreation trail.

Beautiful day and good snow. Classic tracks looked pretty good, but the skate deck was mediocre. I'm not sure how they groom the skate deck, but there always seems to be a ridge or a trough down the middle; it's rarely even from one side to the other. Also, the south purple trail and the adjacent portion of the yellow trail are not groomed. But no crowds and a beautiful day.
