TRAIL Runners! Plan for your LAST Gear West supported LONG distance pre-Birkie trail or Pre-Trail Loppet Training run! The run will start from Murphy-Hanrehan Park Reserve (15501 Murphy Lake Road in Savage, MN 55378 ) at 8:00 am on Saturday Sept 8th. The plan is to run for three hours! (long slow distance in honor of Ironman Wisconsin the same weekend:) Anyone can join and just end when they feel the need ! I will provide drinks and bananas and chocolate chip cookies at the end!
