Participants will have the opportunity learn specific cross country ski training techniques: bungi cords, jump rope, medicine balls, balance pillows

Participants will experience the double pole SkiErg machines (two machines at CrossFit 5885)

Participants will test their biathlon shooting skills using the Eko Aims

The clinic is FREE to veterans, as well as athletes of all ages and abilities; the equipment is adaptable for visually impaired and wheelchair participants. ½ The target population is American Veterans from Team Red, White, and Blue; and hopefully, American Veterans from the Twin Cities Veterans Administration Clinics, along with those interested in biathlon and Nordic skiing.
