City of Superior Comprehensive Outdoor Rec Plan Survey
The City of Superior has partnered with the Northwest Regional Planning Commission to update and consolidate the city’s Master Park Plan, Municipal Forest Master Plan and Billings Park Master Plan. Among the most important parts of the plan update is assessing the needs and desires of the community and identifying community priorities for outdoor recreation growth and expansion.
One of the first steps is to gather input from the community. Anyone with an interest in outdoor recreation in Superior is welcome to fill out a survey, including those residing outside of Superior.

The survey results will inform and guide the Master Park Plan update process, which will be ongoing through the spring of 2018. The purpose of the updated Master Park Plan will be to establish a clear vision and framework for the future of outdoor recreation in the City of Superior. Areas of focus include parks, amenities/facilities, trails and the municipal forest.
