Jay Richards -- Callaway, MN Jay Richards is one of the owners/operators of Maplelag Resort. 2001-2002 Race Results: 65th American Birkebeiner 47k Jay is an elite level Mountain Bike racer, taking 2nd overall in the expert class of the MNSCS series, as well as 11th at the 2002 Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival.
