Note:
Many training groups and skiers were out there pushing through the slush for the final drill and party before the big Birkie race and other popular races (Finlandia, Snowflake/Inga-Lami, Rainbow Rendezvous, etc.). Soon, we'll put on running shoes or pedaling. If you ski, bike, and/or run, mark your calendar on March 14, 2009, for the 20th POLE PEDAL PANT winter triathlon race will be held at Elm Creek. It involves 10k ski, 7k bike, and 7k run. Details are posted on www.rainbowresort.com/ppp. This is a fundraising event hosted by SILENT SPORTS FOUNDATION and many other sponsors.
