• Feb 22 American Birkebeiner (Hayward, WI)  

  • Feb 17 update:
    Organizers had their final livestream before the races this week. Trails are shaping up, look to be in good shape. With colder weather, they will delay the start of the Birkie open track event on Wednesday morning. Check out the full details.

  • Feb 10 update:
    During the Birkie livestream on Monday evening, they announced they are planning to go full course -- downtown finish! Conditions might not be optimal (maybe B skis), but they are planning for a normal Birkie week. Read their press release.

  • Jan 27 update:
    Organizers have released an update on the Birkie Events. At this point, there isn't enough snow to run the full trail and they have been continuing work on their snowmaking trails. They expect to start making weekly updates, starting Feb 3rd. Read their full update.
