2016 Cross Country Ski Meet and Practice Scheduling Meeting

The 2016-2017 high school cross-country ski coaches/organizer scheduling meeting to be held at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19 at the Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Department, 2nd floor conference room, (2015 N. Van Dyke Street, Maplewood, MN 55109).

It is very important that each school/organization have a team representative in attendance as we will schedule meets and practices into Saint Paul and Ramsey County Parks and Recreation facilities, and discuss any new policies. Please forward this meeting notice to new coaches as appropriate.

For your review are copies of the meeting agenda, Ramsey County Facility Reservation Form, and Facility Use Guidelines for High School Cross Country Ski Teams.

REMINDER: Meet scheduling is done as a group at this meeting. We will not accept Meet/Practice requests before the meeting.
