Fall Coaches Meeting Update

Another Monday email? Yup.

The good folks up in Mora need to know the number of attendee’s at our annual meeting on the 29th so they can prepare the snacks during break, as well as lunch. So, if you would be so kind to do the following for me and them.

Please RSVP to me, [email protected] by next Sunday night, Oct. 23rd. Please list the following: School Name : # of coaches coming from your school.

So it could look like this.

Wayzata: 13 (they have a big budget)

I would strongly encourage you to get your assistant coaches, volunteer coaches, to come along. We have a great Coaches Education Technique Clinic right after lunch that they will benefit greatly from, put on by CXC.

FYI: We had 27 people participate in our Round Table discussion yesterday either in person or via Skype. We will be giving you a summary of the meeting up in Mora, but suffice it to say, whenever you get good people together to work on communication, good things result.

PS: Make sure you get your membership status taken care of if you wish to have a vote on our important proposal to move our sport forward with adding Sprinting to the Section/State meet program. If we want to stay up with what is going on around our country, and on the international stage, we can’t afford to stand still.
