Elm Creek Results

Race Course : ( 1.25k loops x 4) both the skate and classic race.

Congratulations is in order to all who braved the cold for the opener of the Elm Creek time trial. Conditions: Air Temp, 0 degrees with a wind chill of -15 degrees. The snow machines were on, in full force. Needless to say the conditions were slow, however Elm Creek park reserve is doing a great job in preparation for the ski season ahead.

Chris Sanville of Minneapolis, lead the first two laps of the skate race and then Andy Schakel from Lake Elmo made his move for the lead and never looked back, finishing 1st with a time of 16:20. Christopher Smith was first for the classic race with a time of 22:16. Next race is set for Dec. 21st. Hope for more snow.
