2021 Mesabi East Nordic Invitational Cancellation

To our High School Nordic racing community:

It goes without saying, that this year has been challenging for all of us, and that we have constantly had to adapt to the ever-present changes that have been thrown our way.

However, with that said, there is no way we can hold the 2021 Mesabi East Invite in any capacity this year. The current restrictions set out by the MSHSL, and the MN Department of Health make it clear that any invitational of any size is not permitted.

While it is always sad to have to cancel any event, we can look forward to the 2022 season, and being able to all get back together for the Mesabi East Invite on January 8 th 2022.

In the meantime, we hope everyone can make the most of this ski season by getting out and recreating, albeit in more of a solitary pursuit!
