The Nicolet National Bank Noquemanon Ski Marathon presented by Eagle Mine & Travel Marquette will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary this January 27 & 28, 2023, the countdown to race day has begun! Crews are out prepping the entirety of the trail and race organizers are looking forward to great conditions.

EXCITING NEWS ABOUT THE JUNIOR NOQUE 2023! Beginning with this year's event there will be NO COST for Junior Noque skiers! Registration fees will be covered annually through a generous gift in memory of Cheri Rundman. Cheri, who skied the Noque for several years under the last name of Uelmen, was an elite level skier from Ishpeming who often placed in the top 5 or 10. Cheri spent a lot of time skiing at Al Quaal which is now the location of the Junior Noque.

To further commemorate Cheri's legacy, the Junior Noque will officially be known as the Rundman Jacobson Junior Noquemanon!

Pre-registration, with no fee, is still strongly recommended for all Junior skiers. Those already registered will be contacted regarding a registration fee refund if they choose. Registration can be found at www.noquemanon.com .

We are also looking for volunteers for the Noquemanon. Please log on to www.yoopersunited.com, click on the calendar link and go to January 27 & 28, 2023 to see positions available. Create an account and help us track our volunteers and volunteer impact hours by logging back in after you volunteer. We will also have a United Way booth and kiosk at our Nordic Vendor Expo on Friday night from 5 -9 pm at the Superior Dome.
