   1. Current rules we are having difficulty enforcing (uniform rule, spectators on the course during state meet races)

1. Multi-event State Meet Format idea - Rollie Ring-Jarvi

2. Changing the dates for our season by starting 2-3 weeks later, either the first or second week of December - Dave Johnson

10. Current Proposals - review and vote on action to be taken, i.e. whether to take these Proposals to the membership in the fall (official vote will occur at fall meeting)

11. Review and discussion of current By-Laws (voting on amendments will occur at fall meeting when majority of members are present)

    1. See 2.4 - propose that we amend bylaws to allow for voting for Coach of the Year, etc. awards at our winter meeting with an electronic voting option available

    2. See 4.2 - propose that we amend bylaws to allow for non-coaching members to act on the advisory committee

12. Introduction of MSHSNSCA Coaching Manual (a work in progress!)- Jon Otto

13. New Business

    1. Establishing goals and philosophies for our sport in general and for the state meet in particular

       1. Need a committee to work on goals and philosophies for both - this would be a long range planning group that reports back to membership

15. Lunch - courtesy of your coaches' association

16. CXC coaching clinic (topic to be determined) after lunch with Yuriy Gusev ( 1-2:30)
