All natural snow, ungroomed. Trail runs along a paved bike path that has just enough snow to ski on, but layer is thin. There's room to ski on the snow on the side of the path, but strip is thin, so my poles kept hitting the pavement through the snow. Not bad for a leisurely classic ski, but snow layer is a bit too thin and uneven for faster more aggressive skiing. I wouldn't go out if my way to ski here, but it's decent for a leisurely classic ski if nearby. Snow is soft powder.

Nothing groomed but enough snow to classic ski. There are some chunks of dirt on the snow from the plow on the walking trail but other than that only a few bare spots.
