Groomed all trails (except 2K cut-across at the top of the wall and the upper entrance) and set a track. I used the Pistenbully on all the biathlon trails, Service Road, and on Bittersweet Loop. Snow was actually a little shallow for the Pistenbully so there is some dirt/leaves on tight turns and steep hills. Used the snowmobile groomer (Tidd-Tech) on the rest of the Grant-In-Aid trails. The result there is clean snow, but it's softer..

Groomed/packed the whole system (biathlon plus Grant-in-Aid) with Tidd-Tech towed with the snowmobile. Grooming plans: If we get another 3" or more, I'll take the Pistenbully out tomorrow evening and set tracks. 5" new is not a huge amount, but it's just about as good a natural base as we've had in 2024.

PB tilled skate lane and set tracks in stadium for MYSL on Sunday afternoon. Left old tracks through the woods, but might be icy depending on time and temps. Bare ground on top of Baby Bump and thin/almost down to dirt at the top of Camel Hump/Waterfall.

We skied the 2km loop 20x. Hard packed but less icy than last week. Very little debris on trail. Small areas of ice to watch out for. So grateful to have somewhere to get in some skiing!

Good skiing on the freshly tilled skate lane and reset tracks for kids on waxless skis. Bright sun and strong west wind challenged the jumpers flying off the 70 meter and the spectators trying to watch them. I successfully flew down Roller Coaster and Waterfall and called it good enough. Tonight groomer freshly tilled Waterfall and the flats that were exposed to sun and wind during the day.

1.65 km machine-made snow loop tilled, and a track was set on the trails. Track is actually pretty good in some places. There's a bit of ice in places after the rain and refreeze, but otherwise, it's a firm, fast base. Where there was no snowmaking, you can actually get by in a lot of places as there is a thin layer of ice and refrozen slush covered with 1/2" of snow, but I would not consider these segments open. About 4.7" liquid equivalent precipitation this winter, and slightly less than 1" of that was in the form of 12" snow we've had since Dec 1st.

Very nice skate skiing this morning. One inch of groomed new snow set up hard and fast. Just a few icy spots in places. No tracks set and a really hard base.
