First time on these trails. Good cover except a few avoidable bare spots on the golf course loop. Trails in woods had good cover other than one trail intersection. Trails had been tracked several days earlier when weather cooler. Management holding off grooming during warm spell. Tracks we're still defined but soft and collapsible in warmth. We used our track width touring skis. Beautiful place. Peaceful with big pines and peaks of the lake through the trees.

Groomed but soft, very decent conditions considering temperature and snow cover. These trails are now privately owned, open to the public with an annual pass. Nice area and nice trails. They also have one long trail for skating.
