Soft snow but gorgeous spring skiing this morning. Most trails were rolled but none were tracked. They are hoping to let it set up and be ready for the up coming race so holding off on tracking. This is why we live here! Get out and enjoy it, so worth it.

Conditions are perfect. There's about an inch of light fluffy snow on a firm skate base. The only problem is that I skied for an hour and didn't see anyone else! ;).

Absolutely fabulous groomed conditions: firm skating decks, and solid classic trails!! We left from the Trailhead near 2, skied most of the northernmost trails - didn't make it to White Pine, Re Md Pine or Nebagamon though.

After several inches of fresh snow over the weekend, the trails are in great shape. All the trails are well groomed.Track has been set throughout the trails and is excellent. With the cold weather, the regroomed trails have set up well (nice and firm). Thank you groomers!

Trails look like they have been rolled. Still pretty soft from the fresh snow yesterday but a pleasurable classic ski.

Trails had not been groomed as of 1pm. Tried skating but it's just too deep. Hopefully they'll groom and I can get out tomorrow!

Gorgeous ski. A bit soft but fast. No debris. Did the full outside loop of maple, oak, white pine, aspen.

Once again the crew at After Hours pulled off a magical night, with 100's of candles lining the trails, a bright moon, a quiet night and perfectly groomed trails it was a night not to be missed! Classic tracks were deep and set up nicely even after our fresh snowfall. Skate trails looked a bit softer but plenty of snow coverage, overall...truly it doesn't get better than this!

Today was one of those perfect days for the books—went out twice, it was so good. Late morning ski on fresh 3-4" of snow was slow at times, but absolutely stunning with the snow still falling. Rumble of groomers passing through was welcome, and the team did an amazing job of getting the trails smoothed and packed in time for the candlelight event tonight. Fresh corduroy on top of a nice base that covered all leaves and sticks—it's time for the good skis at long last! We took Maple, Oak, White Pine, Loop, Aspen, and a tiny portion of Sally's classic. Big thanks to the whole crew at Afterhours!
