Trail system is in pretty good shape if you don’t mind lots of debris in the conifer areas. Jeff dragged and set some track Monday. Tuesdays warm temps didn’t do too much damage. All in all, it was a good, but cold ski experience late Wednesday.

Many thanks to whomever groomed the classic purple trail which now has grooves, even in the conifers. I was able to ski even in the dark without needing visual.

Skated all of purple and brown just before sunset, with a couple small diversions. Good to use B or rock skis, as a couple of spots further out on purple had quite a few and unavoidable pinecones. Still worth the trip and visit, as there is more snow at Greenbush than most of the surrounding area. Can't say much as to the quality of the classic tracks, but know there were a few places they were washed out- that said, we saw plenty of folks taking advantage of both styles across the whole system. Groomers have done a really nice job on all trails!

I was able to ski the purple, red, and brown trails this morning. The classic tracks and the skate deck were in pretty fair conditions with some small debris showing. Overall it was a good ski for the amount of snow we have here at Greenbush.

Very pleased with the skate deck at Greenbush. The 3” or so of fluffy snow had freshened up the trail. Slightly thin in the pines but still very skiable. We did two purple loops and had a very enjoyable ski.

Did green and black loops. Only some debris on the tracks, everything groomed and ready to go. Those couple inches from Saturday made a big difference to the base which was getting low.

Excellent conditions at Greenbush this morning. I skied the purple, green, and red trails. The groomers masterfully incorporated a couple of inches of light, fluffy snow into the skate deck. Not all trails were groomed. The groomers appeared to have concentrated on those trails that were used for the high school and middle school ski races this morning. It was fun to see the kids racing out there. Not much of a classic track set; you can see remnants of the old track.

Better than I expected! Some fresh powder helped! Skied the purple trail. Some debris on trails, but not much.

Skied the brown trail four times. The groomer came through midway. Two inches fresh powder down with flurries. Very good in the skate lane.

[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Overnight temps at or above freezing has resulted in further thinning of our base at Greenbush. Much different picture out there now. This morning there is more dirt exposed along with the usual debris. The classic track is skiable in many areas but getting thin in more areas. I skied classic on most of the loops this morning and found many more areas of track to dance around, Definitely B skis now and likely rock skis later in the day. Only very light grooming if any will be possible until we get more snow.
