We received 2-3 inches of snow yesterday. All the trails were compacted this morning without track set except on black. I would suggest rock skis if you intend to classic on black. The skate deck on the other trails still have a few thin spots that can be avoided. The surface will be soft until temps allow it to setup. Merry Christmas to all and enjoy the white ribbons of joy.

Skied the brown loop. It was groomed and in good condition. A few leaves poking through, but easily avoidable. Really nice morning on the trails!

It was great to get on the Greenbush Trail again. There was no set track today, but the green trail was packed and with good snow cover. If you are an experienced skier you could get-a-way with your good skis. It was easy enough to avoid the very few areas that had minimal snow coverage. I have skied much worse. Get out and enjoy it while you can.

All skating trails were groomed late Saturday night. Not enough base to set tracks. The snow is still dry with sharp crystal structure but hopefully will firm up after being worked and single digit temps. There are some minor debris spots that should be easily avoidable.

I skied the brown loop. The skate trail was groomed and had been skied by many skiers. But the classic track had not been groomed. I was using my old classic skis. So I had a very bad time.

The long solstice shadows laid across the beautiful ski trails on this sunny day. I did the purple and part brown. The skate deck was much more solid than I anticipated. Just a few sticks and dirty spots. No classic track yet.

All skate lanes were groomed Friday night. No track set. Complete coverage of light fluffy snow. Expect an occasional rock or two just below the surface.

We picked up a good 8" last night, All trails were rolled this morning, surface is rough for now but skiable, no tracks are set. Rock or B skis are recommended.
