Afternoon
Observation
[ Trails Open: All ]
The temps have been consistently above freezing therefore the snow on the trails has been melty and icy. Some people are still giving it a try out there. I'm still holding out for more snow!

The base is thin but took a track. All of Teuton has track and corduroy. And all of Valkyrie has been run with the drag. Hoping we get snow!

Hey Hey! The sleds, roller, and drag are operational! Got out there last Thursday and yesterday to pack down the trails. Only a couple inches of base so definitely rock ski conditions. Fun to see a few folks out there giving it a go. I'm excited and thinking snowy thoughts!

Morning
Observation
Was skeptical of snow cover so I hiked Loop A on Valkyrie side. Ample 6 inches, very skiable! Not groomed but a few skiers tracked it. Shoulda brought skis!

Afternoon
Observation
[ Trails Open: Partial, Rock skis ]
We finally received some snow that seems to be sticking around at Valhalla. We are working out some early season equipment hiccups but hope to get out and roll this week. It's currently frozen-misting but hopefully this doesn't last too long. We'll update if/when we get out there.
