Groomed up nicely. Snow is really dense. No real bare spots that I could see. Should be good skiing for a while.

Most of the system skates well, with plenty of undulations from underlying terrain telegraphing through. Middle School loop and The Pit should probably be avoided for now. MS loop has a lot of debris mixed in with the snow, mostly leaves and smaller twigs/branches. The Pit has some gravel at the bottom, under a very thin base. Edging up is going to risk a rock hit.

Spooner City Park Trails were recently groomed for skating. There is some debris and some undulations and uneven areas. There was not enough snow to set a track.

Middle School loop is leafy yet. Grassy areas are not too bad mostly. Still thin coverage. No track set yet. Grooming done by Randy.
