2 to 3 inches of new snow over a nice base made it easy to ski on the trails. Snow was falling the entire time make it a snow globe type day.

Even after Thursday 32 degree temps the trails were in great condition. Grooming occurred Wednesday. For some reason, between posts 1 and 2 the tracks were not set, but all the other trails I skied on were.

Perfect conditions on about 2-3" new snow on a firm base. Was being groomed as I left. Reminder to use the new Jensen Trail entry/parking, since the Flathorn Lake entry trails are still blocked by bridge washouts.

Trails were groomed yesterday, and today was "absolute" perfect skiing conditions. About 2" of new snow, fresh grooming, temperatures in the teens, and the sun was out. We skied to the shelter from 1, and came back 24>23>22>21>14>17>3.

All trails groomed this afternoon over the couple of inches of soft new snow that has fallen in last two days. Due to fluffiness of new snow the tracks are somewhat soft today. On our waxless skis, glide was somewhat slow, but still good (and quiet!).

Excellent conditions from the inch or so of new light, cold snow over firm base and tracks set last week. Easy to "re-set" the tracks just by skiing. Should be an excellent weekend for skiing!

This was our first time skiing on this trail and we really enjoyed it. The "Grand Opening" banner from the recent parking lot opening was a nice welcome :) . Trails were not groomed yet from the recent light snow, but it was still a lot of fun skiing 9.5km! There were a few sticks here and there, but overall coverage was good. What a great day!
