Super icy around the lake, especially in the tracks. Some of the skate area seemed a bit softer, but overall a slippery day.

Moderately icy on all trails but quickly becoming soft and gaining traction as the day continued. Natural trails are slightly better with some exceptions, namely Hill trail.

Amazing conditions early morning on the man-made trails. We are so blessed to have the best groomers and to have them groom every day! Skate deck in mint condition and classic tracks were deep and well formed.

Natural snow is in best condition in decades. All trails are open and in perfect shape for classic and skate skiing!

Skied the Lake Trail Hill Trail for the first time in 28 years. Boy have they changed! Beautiful conditions! Tracks were firm with only a couple leaves on the trail. Beware a couple washouts on the downhill tracks.

Outstanding. The main manmade snow 5 km was perfect. The rest near perfect. At 3 PM, there was almost no one there! Well groomed and fast.

First time this season at Hyland and it was great. I'd call the snowmaking trails excellent and pristine. The natural snow trails almost that good. Got out on the trails right at noon and it was nice not to fight the crowds, especially on Lake/Hill and the North Loop. Very nice work, TRPD groomers!

Great conditions everywhere on a perfect sunny afternoon. Man made snow loop is hard packed and medium-fast. Hyland lake trail is hard packed and a little uneven at places but absolutely beautiful, and the trail to the Nature Center is a tad soft. Solid classic tracks set everywhere.

Skated the parts of the manmade snow loops and the Lake and Hill trails. Gorgeous trails with the ample snow, and snow everywhere in the trees. The skate deck was much much firmer than I was expecting, maybe even bordering on a tiny bit icy in places, but great condition overall. Trails don't get better than this.

Utterly gorgeous conditions. I skied every trail, and the classical track-set is about as perfect as can be. Even on the downhills the tracks were intact all the way -- it doesn't get much better than this!
