Trails wind through the hilly, wooded countryside and around scenic lakes and ponds. Nearly all trails are classic only -- skating only allowed on trails at the West Trailhead.

Morning
Firsthand: Classic 
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Surprised to not find a recent trail report so took a chance to make the drive only to be disappointed that the trails were not groomed. Eagan got 3" of snow but in talking to the park employee, it was not enough for groomimg. Plenty of coverage for skier made tracks with minimal debris so still nice to get out on the nice wooded trails but would only give a fair rating overall. The wind was quite nippy this morning and forgot my face covering which I won't do next time.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Classic 
[ Trails Open: Most, Rock skis ]
Skied around lunch time. No tracks are set. Started at Jensen lake and went towards Holland lake. The furthest I got from Jensen, the better the trails were. Expect some rocks and grass. But, it's a good adventure!
