MNSA Lifetime Achievement Award Nominations

The Minnesota Nordic Ski Association (MNSA) will be awarding its third annual Lifetime Achievement Award to an individual who has made a significant contribution to the advancement of Nordic skiing in Minnesota. MNSA welcomes nominations from the ski community to help us determine this year's recipient. Ideally, a nominee should have a long term association with Nordic skiing in Minnesota and have played a significant role in the development, promotion, or general advancement of the sport. The award is presented annually at the Minnesota Skinnyski Race Series awards banquet in the spring. For nomination information contact Darby Nelson at 763-421-7334 or at [email protected].

MNSA was established in 2001. Its mission is to promote Nordic skiing statewide through such activities as education, addressing trail use and abuse, seeking stable or increased funding for the state-wide grants-in-aid programs to expand the number and quality of ski trails in the state, as well as to serve as the interface between the statewide ski community and the DNR, and more. Help build nordic skiing in Minnesota by joining MNSA. Memberships are $15 for individuals and $25 for families. Mail memberships to: MNSA, Box 531, St. Cloud, MN 56302
