Trail Detail
Notes
Within the West Bend city limits sits a 148-acre natural area connected another 35 acres of neighborhood park. It offers a beautiful setting in the hilly Kettle Moraine. The groomed trails traverse a prairie and take you through a deciduous woodland and a red pine plantation. Other ungroomed trails are open for both skiers and snow-shoers.Trail Reports

Conditions: good but no classic track.
Trails have really firmed up; all trails were combed at 10:oo this morning. Snow depth not great enough to set track, especially in windblown prairie areas. Base is now very well established.

Conditions: Good; snow is somewhat soft but should set up tonight with falling temps.
I rolled the trails this morning, but snow was too soft and thin (in spots) to set a classic track. Conditions should improve with colder temps and track may be set before weekend.
