Awesome powder groomed trails. Two wet spots on outer loop can get around, cold night should freeze them. About 3 inches of powder on top of groomed trails. Makes excellent powder skating.

Base is very thin but skiable with b skis. Lot of foot traffic, lot of debris, thin classic tracks. Fast and firm base little icy spots.
