Conditions were significantly better today than they were on Tuesday. I skied 22 Km classic on the interior trails as well as Wolf Tracks. The interior trails were in excellent shape. The track was firm with good kick and fairly good glide. Wolf Tracks had been groomed since last Tuesday and there was about 1.5 inches of new snow on the trail. The track was firm with good kick but the glide was relatively slow. Granted, my glide wax was warmer than the temps.

The conditions are great for striding and skating. A light snow is falling today and every day this week they have been getting a little bit of snow.

Had a really nice classic ski on Wolf Tracks, which for this year is both techniques. Firm tracks with just a hint of snow over the top made for excellent kick and glide. About a 1:45 from the Chalet, around the loop and back. Highly recommended.

Conditions were icy but still good considering the rain on Sunday and Monday morning. I skated for 23 km with only a few repeat sections. River Run and Wolf Tracks had not been groomed so I was not able to ski them.

Trails were just groomed this morning. But stay on groomed trails, icy off the trails. Good classic trail set. Will get better with more snow and grooming.

More than 80% of the park trails were Piston Bully last night, so yesterday's ice is now a nice firm groomed track. So come out and enjoy the freshly groomed trails.
