Conditions: Great to excellent.
Skied the 7km trail this morning and what a blast. Trail is in almost excellent condition. Got to be one of the best classic only trail in the state.

Conditions: Very good! Much needed snow.
Trail is finally shaping up nicely. There is still small debris in the trail due to the winds we experienced with the latest snow, but hardly any in the tracks. Enjoy!

Conditions: Fair- Approximately 2.5-3" of base on the trail.
The entire system was groomed today. There were a few times the track setter may have lifted some debris from the underneath the snow pack. Please use caution on the downhill sections.

Grooming Scheduling

Conditions: No tracks set, but trail was packed with two passes on the snowmobile. Fair trail condition.
All the dead-fall trees are now cleared from the trail. There is still debris in the trail and there is some minor brushing that still needs to be accomplished. Grooming is planned for either Wednesday or Thursday.

Conditions: Skied in soft track. Many downed trees around blind corners.
Be prepared to snow plow and sit down to avoid crashes. I had a blast despite a few yard sales.

Grooming Scheduling

Conditions: Backcountry Skiing.
Currently, due to short staffing the Rock Lake Trail has yet to be cleared of the downed trees and small saplings that are within the trail corridor.
The Great Divide Ranger District is looking for volunteer to help clear the trail of the small saplings to expedite grooming operations. If you would like to help out please contact Chad Jacobson at the USFS Glidden Office at 715-264-2511.
