Trails are not in good shape due to recent rains and warm weather. Trails froze hard last night, winds have knocked down lots of sticks, needles and debris. Trails are still covered, and tracks are visible. Grooming is on hold until we receive new snow.

Both skate and traditional skiers on the trails. Re-grooming / touch up on Wednesday or Thursday of this week. Some blowing and drifting in locations.

All 12 miles of trails in the refuge area near the nature center are packed and tracked. No trail fees, donations greatly appreciated. Tracked on one side for classical, other side for skate ski. Parking lots had not been plowed as of 12:30 pm.

Trails on Navarino were inspected and cleared of debris. New trail maps and signs were installed for the ski season. Grooming equipment has been inspected, now we wait for the snow to arrive. Possibly this weekend.
