Fresh snow on the ground and snowmaking operations still underway! The pisten bully is operational and there are at least three guys working on the process of making/moving snow. Good skiing today on a limited section of trail in the blinding snow from the snow guns! There's at least 12" base over much of the lower trail loops including WaterFall, Molehill and Stadium areas.

Over 4” so far and still falling. Damp and will pack well. Pisten Bully tiller was back in operation last night so there should be some smooth skiing over there now.

Frozen mounds were pushed out last night and are now frozen ruts. Working with Pisten Bully tiller, stay tuned. All plans are to host race and tomorrow will be the final decision after a night of work.

Nice mounds of snow that are now frozen solid and will take some heavy equipment to spread out. Pretty impossible skiing. The Dec 12 GR meet has been cancelled. Hope all changes by this upcoming weekend.

Mounds of snow on about 250 yards of surface. Nothing pushed out or groomed. Really fun sliding or skiing with trick skis. They are working every night as long as they can. May have an estimate on time when there will be skiable conditions by end of day Sunday.

We are filling up the pond at Mt. Itasca, and the cold weather should arrive Wednesday night. By this weekend, we will be making snow at Mt. Itasca! The plan is to start Saturday morning, Nov 21st at 8:00 A.M. and continue until the temperature becomes too warm or the snowmaking is complete. It usually takes about two weeks.
