Morning
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
Pleasant skiing. A second pass of the roller really helped Some bridges burned out and some places cart path showing. Overall very good.

Evening
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: Partial, Rock skis ]
The skate ski trails were blown over. There were a few spots that were grounded out. So you were left with classic style. If you enjoy classic, the trails are great. Hopefully, they run that groomer again.

Morning
Observation
[ Trails: Closed, Bare ground ]
Drove by today to see if anything survived the great Boxing Day meltdown, but it looks like skiing is over here until the next snow. 50/50 grass and snow coverage across the whole trail from what I could see from the parking lot. Bummer....

Afternoon
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skate deck varied between slightly frozen crust and soft hard pack. Quite a few leaves and small twigs of parts. Only one or two small areas that were thin enough to be concerned with your A skis, but they're easy enough to see. Just good to be out.

Golf course skate ski track is skiable but still windblown with drifts in places. Some debris. Best area is west of the clubhouse which is more protected.

Evening
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Skate deck was groomed since the weekend snow but was windblown with a couple of inches of snow covering 50% of the deck in most places and almost indistinguishable in spots with some debris under the trees. The trail was interrupted by the clubhouse were a service road to the golf course was plowed but I managed to climb over the berm without damage to my skis (or myself). Hopeful to see grooming again after the wind dies down later in the week.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Good skis ]
I skied here for the first time for a quick work out. Beautiful park with rolling and no aggressive terrain. There appears to me only classic grooming when I went, no skate, which was unfortunate as I read there was skate grooming. I double poled the entire park and skated the sled hill up and down a couple times as at least that was packed down. [Note: Turns out I skied the wrong side of the park! ]

Afternoon
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skate deck is pretty soft and inconsistent (but deep enough for your A skis). With more snow and colder temps, this will probably be the best skiing for a couple days. So although it's slow (but then I'm also out of shape), it's great to be out there!

Skate deck hardened up well really good skiing poles thru to asphalt in a couple places. A skis. It was windy and my fitness is terrible.
