Observation Secondhand
[ Trails: Closed ]
The Loppet has been grooming out a small part of the snowmaking loop, but signs indicate is it still officially closed (though someone 'test drove' it!).
Update: The Loppet Foundation has informed us that the 'La Squadra' loop (0.6K) will be open starting Thursday morning at 7 am! (basically what's seen in the photos)

Observation
[ Trails: Closed ]
Snowmaking primarily on the long climb from the base of the sledding hill up to the first curve. Loppet Trailhead building coming along, and new parking lot across from the Trailhead (south side) was open and nearly full (for CX races). With the new Trailhead, and new fairway up by the old stadium, there will be some changes in the snowmaking trail again this season.
