Joanie and I skied the 18K blue loop, which had a dusting of snow over fresh grooming from yesterday. The track was solid and conditions were very good, except for a few thin spots, mainly in the pines. This is one of our favorite classic-only trails in the state and always well worth the drive from the Madison area. [ Loop Road section is many times groomed for skate -- Ed. ]
