Notes

Rolling trails along the St. Croix River bluff located at Jackson Meadows. Most of the trail system is south of the housing area, although some trails are set at the Central Meadow. 25% of trails are singletrack classic-only (narrow, 6 ft wide trails).

Update: heard from a neighbour that there is damage to the skate deck on the south side of the trails from a four wheeler. Disappointing. North side sounds like it is untouched.

Firsthand: Freestyle

Beautiful day for a ski! Seems like all trails are rolled with about 5 km groomed. No tracks set. Skate deck is mostly uneven and soft, but there are some short stretches where it's more compact. Occasional grass and twigs poking through with a handful of thin or bare spots that are pretty easily avoidable. Overall, good coverage considering the lack of snow and base. Thanks, groomers!
