I skied over here on Tuesday, breaking trail late in the day when it was still snowing a little. Some of those tracks were trashed by pedestrians before I finished that day, but I went back today and was pleasantly surprised that most of the tracks were relatively unmolested. There were areas with leaves and pine needles in the tracks and a couple places with some water, but that can be skied around. Human pedestrian damage was mostly on the Pine Loop by the parking lot off Hospital Rd, but if you start from the hospital parking lot access area by the Hilly Loop, there are skiable tracks on the Beaver Pond, Ox, and Clearcut loops.

Wet heavy snow. I broke trail, making for very slow skiing. Very beautiful out there. Nice to get one more ski in.
