Four inches of fresh snow arrived the previous night and was groomed yesterday. Today groomers took to all the trails grooming and track setting. Bright sunshine. Excellent conditions. Snowshoe trails are are in great shape. Saturday at 2pm join the Wolverine Winter Challenge Kick-off event. Snowshoe hike, s'mores and hot cocoa.

Wonderful Wolverine! Lots of good memories here and today did not disappoint. Deep and firm tracks, and except for a few wind blown areas made for great kick and glide. If you're looking for good vertical and scenic trails along with good grooming, I'd recommend Wolverine.

All Wolverine trails are groomed and in great shape. There was around 2-3" of fresh snow from yesterday that groomed up nice!

Mint conditions for skate and classic on all of the Wolverine trails! Fresh grooming and fresh snow made it a little soft and slower, but there is no need to be in a hurry when conditions are this good. Bluebird day as well! About as good as it gets.

All trails groomed and track reset this morning. Got about 3" fluffy stuff last night. Just started snowing again, should be a wonderful day to ski! Conditions are excellent!

Great kick and glide. Beautiful day to classic ski at Wolverine. The sun was shining and the classic tracks were running fast despite cold temps. I skied all the trails except the Ponds loop. Great ski conditions. Waiting for temps to moderate before skating. Skate lanes still looked a little soft from the weekends snow.

All trails regroomed and tracks reset early morning. Lake effect was coming down while grooming. The sun was peaking thru at noon. Looks like some nice skiing today. Excellent mid winter conditions. Come out and enjoy it. Chalet is toasty warm.

Wonderful at Wolverine. Freshly groomed after several more inches of snow last night and this morning. Full-depth classic tracks with good skis kicking well with v45. Got in some hills here to work the lungs, then scooted to work the quads with some powder Telemark turns at Black River Basin when they opened at 1 pm. There is now good snow in Ironwood.
